Buy-back and upah, explained.
What does gold buy-back mean?
Buy-back is when the store repurchases gold it previously sold, usually at a better rate than selling elsewhere. We also accept gold bought from other shops.
How is the workmanship charge (upah) calculated?
Upah is the charge for a piece's design and craftsmanship, separate from the value of the gold itself. Simpler designs usually carry a lower upah. Contact the store for the rate on a piece you're interested in.
Can I sell old gold without a receipt?
Yes, we accept old gold, including broken pieces, even without the original receipt. Just bring it in for the store to check.
